15 November 2016 In News

The MIDES project is being presented at the twenty-second United Nations Conference of the Parties on climate change (COP 22) in Marrakech, Morocco. The availability of fresh water resources is a key concern globally in climate adaptation, and MIDES aims to offer a solution in providing desalination with lower energy requirements.

The MIDES consortium is looking forward to demonstrations in Spain, Tunisia and Chile as the project progresses. Continuing innovation is key in discoveringĀ better ways to use natural elements for vital areas such as water.
